REPAIRS AND SERVICING
Our fully trained and factory trained service department staff can offer a complete backup service together with maintenances. Installation and start up training, maintenance, service and repairs are carried out effectively and cost-effectively by our service engineers. We give our customers advice relating to maintenance, service backup and repairs which is undoubtedly one of the best in the market.
RETAINERSHIP
We also have pleasure to introduce the division of our company, Belmark Investment Ltd to you, which deals with technical and engineering services. We install all several of Laboratory and medical equipment, we service, repairs and do calibration with certification.
We also offer training and consultation services on all laboratory equipment. We attend periodic seminar and workshop to upgrade our technical knowledge for product backup. (Because we do supply all laboratory equipment)
We also offer retainership services, attached herewith is a template copy of retainership services agreement :
Belmark engineers will examine repairs and adjust or install or the case may be service contract
Trained Belmark engineers will be sent if necessary at any other time during working hours and even weekends as the case may warrant.
Labor and logistics may not be necessary when equipment is in the list of service retainership service.
Replacement of working parts and logistics will be charged.
Any work carried out or any equipment outside the list of service contract will be charged.
Premium shall be paid upon commencement of the agreement
Belmark personnel or technical staff will be available for consultations when necessary without extra charge.
All work shall be done during working hours.
Customer shall provide unskilled labor assistance necessary and protection required, and the use of facilities available needed to facilitate work on services.
This contract is subject to exemption from the effects of Act of God, unless otherwise agreement of both party.
